Over six months, you work continuously on your own way of leading, relating and acting in complexity — linking humanistic psychology, embodiment, neuroscience and leadership research. Unlike a one-day training, the learning group allows sustainable integration: through continuity, reflection, practice and shared experience:

A certificate of participation for the Alive Leadership Circle can be issued upon request after completion of the program.

Key content

The Alive Learning Group is a small-group developmental space for leaders, professionals and explorers who want to deepen their leadership practice through a modern Gestalt-based approach. The learning process unfolds through continuity, practice and reflection across six months.

Each month focuses on one core developmental dimension:

  • Month 1 — Awareness & Contact: Understanding perception, presence and personal patterns
  • Month 2 — Body & Regulation: Stress, nervous system, breath and embodied grounding
  • Month 3 — Tension & Polarities: Working with inner conflict and growth edges
  • Month 4 — Relational Intelligence: Contact, feedback, resonance and leadership impact
  • Month 5 — Leadership in Complexity: Staying clear under uncertainty and pressure
  • Month 6 — Integration & Personal Practice: Building your own embodied leadership path

The Leadership Circle contains the following elements:

  1. One live and onsite group session per month in Berlin (4 hours): Each monthly session creates a focused space for embodied practice, relational depth and shared reflection. We work with real leadership situations brought by participants and connect modern Gestalt perspectives with body awareness, dialogue and practical experimentation.
  2. Online coaching between sessions: Between the live sessions, participants can take part in a monthy group coaching that help integrate insights into everyday leadership situations and deepen personal awareness over time.
  3. Weekly WhatsApp impulses, small practices and bodyhacks: Short weekly inputs support continuity in daily life — with concise reflection questions, embodied micro-practices and simple body-based interventions for awareness, grounding and regulation.
  4. Partner reflections between meetings: Participants are invited to connect in pairs between sessions to exchange observations, explore current challenges and strengthen transfer through relational learning.
  5. Digital workbook for personal integration: A structured workbook accompanies the journey and offers guiding questions, practical exercises and space for personal notes and emerging insights.
  6. Optional closing reflection session online: At the end of the six months, an additional online session offers space to reflect on individual learning processes, consolidate personal takeaways and explore next developmental steps.

The Leadership Circle is designed for people who:

Methods

We truly believe that learning always happens holistically. In contrast to most conventional training programmes that focuces more on reflection and cognitive problem solving, we always start with the senses and explore your personal experience. Not based on therory, but based on your challenges in the here-and-now.
